Minimiiz does not accept returns and does not grant refunds on completed and delivered orders. During the process you will be given the opportunity to approve initial stages of your order so you can see the likeness and quality of the final product via email. If the final Minimiiz is damaged upon receiving it, we will assess the damage and either ask you to send photos of the damages, or advise on how you might be able to fix any minor damage
