- What is the material used in the production of the figurine?
- Special soft clay imported from Germany is used in our products. This non-toxic clay is harmless and will not corrode with time.
- How do I keep the figurine in good condition?
- Minimiiz are made of water resistant material. Stains on the Minimiiz figurines can be easily wiped off with soap or even toothpaste! With proper care, Minimiiz can last for a long, long time.
- How long does delivery take?
- Every Minimiiz figurine will require 2-3 weeks to complete. Upon completion, a series of strict quality control checks are carried out before delivering. On average dispatch of Minimiiz are 21 days from order.
- How do I select the right images?
- Uploading great photos of you is the best way our artists can create a great likeness for your order. Make sure your images show a few different angles of your subject as well as them being clear, bright and in focus. The better the photo, the better results our artists can create.
- How big are the Minimiiz?
- Our single figurines on average stand at about 16 centimetres high and our double standing ones are the same. Our seated double figurines on settings are around 15-16 centimetres square.. So our Minimiiz aren't all that mini hey?!
- Can full customization of the figurine be done?
- Definitely, our talented artists can pretty much create any customized figurine. Simply, hit the pink "Buy Now" button in the top right and scroll down to the custom order form. From there we will give you a custom price and let you know on the timing involved in producing your unique gift or cake topper
- What types of payment methods do you use?
- To safeguard your privacy online, Minimiiz takes payment thru PayPal, an eBay company, which is perhaps the easiest and the most secured payment. Through PayPal, you can pay via credit cards or even just directly send money online. You don’t even need to have a PayPal account and your credit card or bank information is secure
- What if the Minimiiz is damaged during shipment?
- In the rare instance the Minimiiz is damaged during shipment, we would require a photo of the damage so we could assess and take up with the shipping company. We would then require the old figurine back and we would redo a new figurine and have it out to you within 1-2 weeks
- Is payment refundable
- If you have ordered a Minimiiz and we haven't started on your order we would be able to refund your money, however if the order has started and our artists have started, we would not be able to offer a refund. Since every order is unique and fully custom made, we require payment up front.
