A custom order is an order for a product we don't stock. For example, if you would like a figurine specific to an event, scene or even to replicate a photo.
We require up-front payment for custom orders and we cannot accept returns on custom products. When you place a custom order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details such as price and lead time, which is typically 4-6 weeks (yes it’s a wee while but we need to ask our artists to kindly make it especially for you).
